PROJECT MANAGEMENT & PERMITTING
Our project management objective is to identify and implement collaborative solutions. We have extensive experience in multi-faceted aspects of resource planning throughout Canada, having managed projects in British Columbia, Ontario, Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Saskatchewan.
Our team is experienced in the permitting process and can help start a project from initiation, or be brought into an existing process to help navigate the permitting process and ensure that all the necessary components are addressed. Our approach allows for direct access to the project manager by the client, and we acknowledge that client needs sometimes fall outside of regular hours. At EcoLogic we require that our Project Managers have direct site experience with the project, and believe strongly that in order to be an effective project manager, one must be familiar with both the project and the space within which it is occurring.
