Daniel McAllister is a Professional Agrologist (P.Ag.) and reclamation ecologist/soil scientist with over 25 years of experience. He has worked throughout western and northern Canada, including BC, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut. Integrating his experience as a soil scientist and ecologist, he has carried out many reclamation and site rehabilitation projects. These include numerous comprehensive reclamation plans for mine development, as well as reclamation and restoration plans or projects in the energy, forestry and transportation sectors.
Daniel brings a practical approach to reclamation, ensuring that all plans prepared are realistic and achievable within the boundaries of time, resources, and budget. He has extensive experience bringing proponents and regulators together so that a team approach is brought to any project, ensuring that each project meets the expectations of all parties involved.
As with all projects carried out by EcoLogic, Daniel emphasizes working closely with the local community so that their concerns and ideas are reflected in the final landscape.
