DISTRICT OF SQUAMISH
EcoLogic staff have completed Terrestrial Ecosystem Mapping (TEM) and Sensitive Ecosystems Inventory Mapping (SEI) as part of a project to develop Environmentally Sensitive Areas mapping for the District of Squamish. The mapping will be used by district staff to update their Official Community Plan. The project has also included detailed wetland inventory and mapping for the entire district, as well as the identification of ecosystems-at-risk. EcoLogic worked with Polar Geoscience, Ecoscape Environmental Consultants, and the BC Wildlife Federation on this ongoing project.
